Diagnostic Automation/Cortez Diagnostics, Inc. offers an HBsAb ELISA kit, which is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to hepatitis B surface antigen (anti-HBs) in human serum or plasma.  The HBsAb ELISA kit, like many Blood Bank ELISA kits, is for in-vitro diagnostic use only.

As in other Blood Bank ELISA Kits, the HBsAb ELISA Kit is designed as an aid for screening of blood donors, and as an aid in diagnosis of clinical conditions related to hepatitis B virus (HBV).  The Sensitivity of the HBsAb ELISA kit is 100% and the Specificity is 99.70%.
