Zearalenone ELISA Test Kit Background Information:
Zearalenone belongs to the group of mycotoxins. Similar to other mycotoxins, zearalenone is a degradation product of the secondary metabolism. It is produced by different moulds of the Fusarium gender. These moulds infect grain and other types of food like peanuts and beans already during their growth.
